The applicants pray for an out of turn hearing of writ Petition Nos. 1353/2014 and 1335/2014.

Both these civil applications are disposed of with the following directions :- [a] All office objections shall be removed in both the petitions on or before 15/02/2019.

[b] Since a service dispute is involved and both the petitioners have suffered dismissal of their complaints by the Labour Court and their revision petitions by the Industrial Court after a battle of almost 10 years, by consent, these petitions are listed for final hearing on 01/03/2019 after the "Urgent Orders Board".
