Present application has been filed for recall of the order dated 4th October 2024 for issuance of bailable warrant against the present applicants. The applicants are personally present before this Court. We are not happy with the reason given for the absence of the applicants. In spite of the Format notice that was served on them, they have remained absent. However, now

ca-11146.24 they have remained present and therefore, the order of bailable warrant is recalled, subject to deposit of cost of Rs.2,000/- each with this Court by tomorrow evening. Now, they should submit the P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- each and undertaking to remain present whenever directed.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
