OCTOBER 10, 2024 ORDER :- By order dated 26.09.2024, this court had issued bailable warrant against the appellant with notice to his surety, as he failed to remain present in the appeal despite service of notice. 2.

Today, the appellant is present before this court with his Advocate Mr.Arvind S. Deshmukh. He tenders an application for cancellation of the bailable warrant. The application is taken on record. Mr.Deshmukh, learned Advocate submits that he would submit Vakilpatra on behalf of the appellant, so that the appeal can be heard. 3.

In view of the above, the application for cancellation of the bailable warrant is allowed. The bailable warrant issued by this court vide order dated 26.09.2024, stands cancelled.
