Heard. Perused the impugned award.

According to the claimants - themselves the deceased was drawing salary of Rs.6,000/- per month. The tribunal, however, considered the income of the deceased Rs.25,000/- per month. It appears that the tribunal has granted exorbitant compensation.

In the fitness of things, the applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lakh), on condition of furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court .

There shall be no further application for withdrawal of the amount.
