In Civil Application No. 14661/2023, as per bailiff report, respondent No. 1 is reported to be dead. The learned advocate to supply names and addresses of the legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 1 to the appellant. Appellant to take steps thereafter and to move this Court. 2.

In other civil applications filed by Acquiring Body for delay condonation, there is delay of 251, 246 and 250 days, respectively, caused in filing the respective first appeals, challenging the impugned judgment and award by which amount of compensation is enhanced. The judgment and award is passed by the learned Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga, District Osmanabad on 1.9.2022.
