The original Respondents have passed away. The Applicants, who are their legal heirs on record, pray for listing Writ Petition No.2469/2010 for final hearing out of turn.

It is pointed out that by an earlier order dated 07.11.2014 passed in Civil Application No.10639/2014, this Court had, while rejecting the said Civil Application, granted liberty to the Applicants to renew their request in February, 2015. The three Applicants in the said Civil Application, later on passed away and their legal heirs are on record.
