Heard learned counsel for parties.

Application has been moved by original defendanttenant for extension of time granted under order dated 25th April 2018, which is to expire on 25th October 2018. It is being submitted that order of this court had been challenged before the Supreme Court. However, the Supreme Court has dismissed the special leave petition. It is further being submitted that defendant-tenant would require some more time than referred to in undertaking as he is not in a position to vacate the premises within stipulated time. He, therefore, seeks three months' more time.

In view of aforesaid, it appears to be expedient to continue the request. Time stands extended upto 25th November, 2018.
