IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 985 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2059 OF 2018 IN WP/8259/2015 GOVIND PALAJI KALE

VERSUS

KIRAN DINANATH MAMIDWAR AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Applicant : Mr. Choudhary S.S.

AGP for Respondents: Mr. S.N. Kendre Advocate for Respondents : Mr. S.M. Godsay .....

CORAM : V. K. JADHAV, J.

DATED : 23rd MARCH, 2018 PER COURT:- 1.

Heard.

2.

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file reply. This Court by order dated 22.3.2016 while granting Rule permitted the present applicant to apply seeking validity in respect of the tribe certificate and further granted liberty that in case tribe certificate is validated, the present applicant to move for hearing of present writ petition.

3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the validity certificate is now received and the same is placed on record alongwith this civil application.

ca2059.18 -24.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the applicant has submitted two tribe certificates and it is not known in respect of which tribe certificate he has obtained the validity. The respondent may point out the same during the course of arguments. However, there is no hurdle as such to fix the writ petition for hearing, since the same is in tune with the order passed on earlier occasion by this court by granting liberty to present applicant to move for final hearing. Fix the writ petition for hearing on 14.06.2018. 5.

Civil application is disposed of.
