The parties have agreed before this Court that the road directed to be opened by the Mamlatdar / Tahsildar, the petitioners will remove the obstruction on the road to the extent of a pathway and that there would be no further widening of the road to a cart way and the petitioners would ensure that the pathway is available and it is kept open. The Respondent No.1 / original applicant has agreed for the same
