The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation which has been deposited by respondent No. 1 Acquiring Body, who in fact has filed this appeal. The learned counsel for the applicants pointed out that under order dated 23.10.2020 this Court has already allowed the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount on usual undertakings and 25% of the total compensation amount on furnishing solvent sureties/securities. In view of the same, the applicants herein are also permitted to withdraw 50% of the total compensation amount by furnishing usual undertakings to the satisfaction of Registrar

917ca15726.22 (Judaical) of this Court and to withdraw 25% of the total compensation amount by furnishing solvent sureties/ securities. The remaining amount if any, be invested in the FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal. 3.
