The petitioner was appointed as Asst.

Teacher on clock hour basis. There is no dispute that the petitioner was appointed on clock hour basis. The petitioner is seeking regularization of his services. The petitioner had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. However, his Application was dismissed.

It is well settled, that it has been held by this Court that there cannot be regularization of Teachers appointed on clock hour basis. In view of the law laid down by this Court, we are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

The respondents may consider to continue services of the petitioner on clock hour basis.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
