Mr.Thombre, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, respondent Nos. 2 to 4 be directed to issue the legal guardianship certificate of Pritaj S/o. Prasad Mhaske who is the son of the present petitioner as is suffering from Schizoaffective Disorder. The learned counsel submits that he has a certificate from Shanti Nursing Home, Kanchanwadi, Patihan Road, Aurangabad. He had approached the Government Medical College and Hospital at Aurangabad, however, they have not issued any certificate to the petitioner.

Mrs.Gaur, learned AGP on instructions states that the petitioner will have to attend the Government Medical College and Hospital Aurangabad to undergo the verification of said Pritaj Prasad Mhaske and thereafter only the further steps can be taken.

Mr.Thombre, the learned counsel submits that petitioner is ready to produce said Pritaj Prasad Mhaske on any date before the Authorities of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad.

The petitioner may attend the concerned Officers /Authorities of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad alongwith her son Mr.Pritaj Prasad Mhaske on 11th December, 2017. The concerned Doctors of the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad shall conduct the checkup and verification of said Pritaj Prasad Mhaske. Depending upon the certificate issued, further steps would be taken with regard to issuance of legal guardianship certificate, of course in accordance with legal provisions, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from 11.12.2017. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
