VERSUS

BAPURAO SITARAM SHINDE AND OTHERS ...

Advocate for Applicant : Mr. Choudhary S.S.

AGP for Respondents: Mr. S.N. Kendre Advocate for Respondents : Mr. M.P. Kale .....

CORAM : V. K. JADHAV, J.

DATED : 23rd MARCH, 2018 PER COURT:- 1.

Heard.

2.

Learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to file reply. This Court by order dated 22.3.2016 while granting Rule permitted the present applicants to apply seeking validity in respect of the tribe certificate and further granted liberty that in case tribe certificate is validated, the present applicants to move for hearing of present writ petition.

ca2056.18 -23.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the validity certificate is now received and the same is placed on record alongwith these civil applications.

4.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the applicants have submitted two tribe certificates and it is not known in respect of which tribe certificate they have obtained the validity. The respondent may point out the same during the course of arguments. However, there is no hurdle as such to fix the writ petitions for hearing, since the same is in tune with the order passed on earlier occasion by this court by granting liberty to present applicants to move for final hearing. Fix the writ petitions for hearing on 14.06.2018.

5.

Civil applications are disposed of.
