PER COURT:- 1.

It is submitted by Mr. Tungar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the part of compensation amount was earlier paid to unauthorized persons. The petitioner had not received any notice under Section 4 or declaration under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act. The petitioner was not paid any compensation amount. 2.

The persons to whom the compensation amount was paid are not parties before us. We cannot go into the said aspect. However, now it is submitted that the acquiring body had already submitted proposal for fresh acquisition under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land

(2) 907-wp-1212-2018 Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

As the proposals are already submitted by the acquiring body, the competent authority shall initiate the acquisition proceedings as per the law and on the basis of the proposals of the acquiring body within a period of eight (08) weeks from today and shall complete it within time stipulated under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
