The applicants are praying for restoration of the first appeals which were dismissed in pursuance of the order dated 07.08.2025. On earlier occasion when there was delay in preferring first appeals, it was condoned vide order dat ed 28.06.2022 on condition that the interest and the statutory benefits would be forfeited and subject to removal of office objection. For not removing the office objection again the appeals are dismissed. It is desirable to allow the applications by condoning the delay. 2.
Civil Applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause A1 and B on condition that:
(a) The applicants shall be forfeited the interest and the statutory benefits for the period from 28.06.2022 till today i.e. 09.10.2025.
(b)The applicants shall now remove the office objections within period of four weeks.
