Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants. 2.

By way of the application, this applicants pray for restoration of the petition. It is submitted that as the office objections were not removed, the registration was refused. The learned counsel submits that the office objections would be removed expeditiously, if time is granted by this Court. It is also submitted that non-removal of the office objections was due to bonafide inadvertence.
