These petitions arise out of common order passed on 21 st July, 2015 by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Aurangabad below Exh. 2 in Appeal Nos. 75/2015, 76/2015 and 81/2015 rejecting application for stay during pendency of appeals. 2.

The learned counsel for parties makes a motion for disposal of petitions with a direction to learned Charity

3 WP10870.2015 Commissioner, Mumbai to take the appeals on the file of Charity Commissioner and dispose them of expeditiously within a time frame.

In view of the above learned Charity Commissioner, Mumbai to take appeal Nos. 75/2015, 76/2015 and 81/2015 on the file of Charity Commissioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Parties to appear before the learned Charity Commissioner, Mumbai on 4 th December, 2015.
