Since the Second Appeal Nos.841 of 2018 and 842 of 2018 are admitted, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause "B" to the extent of handing over of possession of the suit property.

CA_13120,13121_2018 It is clarified that the appellants should deposit the amount of compensation before the Trial Court, if not already deposited, within one month from the date of this order.

After the said amount is deposited, the same be invested by the Trial Court in any Nationalized Bank for sufficient period and if the period expires before the decision of the Second Appeals then it should be renewed from time to time.

Respondent is not entitled to withdraw the said amount prior to the decision of Second Appeal Nos.841 of 2018 and 842 of 2018. Civil Applications stand disposed of.
