This application is filed under section 439 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhoom in Crime No.201 of 2019 registered with Paranda Police Station, District Osmanabad for offence punishable under sections 326, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned advocate for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and learned advocate for respondent No.2. Perused the documents placed on record.

During the course of hearing, it is revealed that charge-sheet, in the present crime is filed, and the case is numbered as RCC No. 105 of 2020. The matter is kept for appearance of accused.

In the light of these developments, it is not desirable to cancel the anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondent No.2.

The application is, therefore, rejected.
