By order dated 02/08/2023 this Court directed respondent No.3 Education OfÏcer (Secondary) to pass appropriate order on the proposal of the petitioner. Learned AGP by placing on record copy of the order dated 10/12/2025 submits that the proposal of the petitioner is rejected by the Education OfÏcer. 2.

In view of the decision on the proposal of the petitioner, the order is complied with. The contempt petition is, therefore, disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said decision, if he is aggrieved by the same.
