The caste claim of the petitioners as belonging to '

Mannervarlu' - Scheduled Tribe is invalidated. 2.

Amongst the other submissions, one of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the real brother of the petitioner Shubham had also applied for the validity certificate. The same was invalidated. He filed writ petition bearing No. 8979/2018 before the Principal Seat at Bombay. The Division Bench at Principal Seat under order dated 10th August 2018 had directed to issue validity certificate to him.

The learned AGP submits that in case of Shubham, the Court directed to issue conditional validity certificate. There are contra

WP No.13354/21 entries on the record. The petitioner failed in affinity test. All these aspects are considered by the Committee.

In view of the judgment delivered by the Division Bench of this Court at Principal Seat in real brother's matter, we follow the same course.

The Committee shall issue validity certificate to the petitioners of '

Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe. The said validity certificate would be subject to the decision that would be taken by the Committee in the proceeding that may be reopened of the validity holders relied upon by the petitioners.
