Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the settlement has taken place in the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018 however, compensation has not been paid.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

As per Government Resolution dated 17.12.2011, payment of compensation is to be made within six months. In the present case, more than a year has lapsed.

In case, settlement before the Lok Adalat is in force, respondents shall make payment to the petitioner as per the settlement arrived at in the Lok Adalat in LAR No. 1294/2017 within a period of six months from today.
