Though Respondent No.2 is served, none appears for Respondent No.2. On the last date also none appeared for Respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have forwarded proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners (Exh.P-2), however, the same is not yet decided.

Mr.Pathan, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.3 and 4 accepts the fact that Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have forwarded the proposal to the Education Officer seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners and the same is not yet decided.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) In case the proposal submitted by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners (Exh.P-2) is pending with the Respondent No.2 then the Respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months from the date of this order.

b) The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
