Mrs.Deshpande, learned A.G.P. states that out of 44 petitioners, 39 petitioners have been reinstated and as far as 5 petitioners are concerned, against them complaints were received, as such their case for allotment of work was not considered. 3.

Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for the petitioners states that as far as these 5 petitioners i.e. petitioner Nos.3,4,7,13 and 21 are concerned, they may consider assailing their right by separate petition.
