Copy of the death certificate of the original petitioner, showing that he expired on 16.06.2025, is annexed to the application. It is stated that there is delay of three days in filing the application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned and the legal representatives of the petitioner are
