The Petitioner had earlier approached this Court by preferring WP No.8841/2021, seeking directions for an early decision of his claim of belonging to Mannervarlu ST category. By order dated 12.08.2021, the Committee was granted 6 month' s time from 02.09.2021. The claim has still not been decided. 2.

We could have issued a notice under the Contempt of Courts Act to Respondent No.2. However, the learned AGP submits that the Committee would decide the claim of the Petitioner within 90 khs/Oct.2023/12558

- 2 - days from today.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The Petitioner shall render whole-hearted co-operation to the Committee and would refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable and trivial grounds, lest, the Committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.

We direct Respondent No.3 to refrain from terminating the service of the Petitioner untill 15.01.2024.
