The applicant is accused in crime No. 183 of 2015 registered with Begumpura police station, Aurangabad for the offences publishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C..

The complainant is present in the Court. He has expressed no objection for withdrawal of the compliant. He has also filed affidavit in which he has stated that he has no objection to quash the F.I.R. against the applicant. In view of this, we allow this application in terms of prayer clause "B".
