DATE : DECEMBER 12, 2018 PER COURT Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned Counsel for the respondent-Acquiring Body. Learned Counsel for respondent-Acquiring Body opposes this application on the ground that substantial compensation is awarded for trees, which is seriously disputed by the Acquiring Body.

Perused the award. Permission is granted to the applicant to withdraw 50% amount out of the compensation with proportionate accrued interest thereon subject to filing of written undertakings by him within a period of eight weeks from today, to deposit the withdrawn

924 ca13493-18 amount as and when directed by this court. The remaining amount shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of the appeal.
