Mr.Ghute Patil, learned counsel submits that petitioners have filed applications seeking permission to fill in the post of teaching staff. The said applications are filed on 12.4.2016, on 19.7.2016, so also reminder is given on 6.9.2016 but no decision has been taken on it as yet.
