By these petitions, the order dated 23rd August, 2022 passed by the State Workman Officer, Dhule has been assailed, whereby after holding that the claim of the petitioners is appropriate has disposed of the applications.

The Petitioners have filed applications before the State Workman Officer, purportedly under Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. As such, upon failure of the conciliation proceedings, the State Workman Officer ought to have referred the dispute to the Industrial Court for adjudication. 4.
In the petitions, the petitioners have failed to seek appropriate relief. The petitions merely sought quashing of the impugned order and also there are no relevant pleadings. Considering the above, the writ petitions are permitted to be withdrawn. The Petitioners are at liberty to take out an appropriate proceedings for the relief sought.
