Perused the application. The applicant is seeking only four days' relaxation in the impugned order

( 2 ) cria5897.15 externing him from Ahmednagar District. The reason is that the applicant is required to canvas for his election of Nagar Panchayat. Even in last election, the applicant was elected as a Member of Grampanchayat.

Having regard to the impugned order and the allegations made against the applicant, we are inclined to allow this application. Hence, the following order is passed :- 4.

There shall be order in terms of prayer clause (A) of the application, on condition that the applicant shall record his presence in Karjat Police Station, twice in a day i.e. between 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. in the morning and 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. in the evening. 5.

The Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
