This an application for quashing of the First Information Report No. 513/2021 dated 21.07.2021, registered with Newasa Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant is a driver of the applicant in Criminal Application No. 1450 of 2021. Criminal Application No. 1450 of 2021 is allowed by this Court in view of the compromise between the applicant therein and Respondent No.2.
