Heard rival submissions.

The applicant wife is seeking transfer of petition A No.465/2022 fled by the respondent husband for getting divorce, from the Family Court Aurangabad to Family Court, Jalna.

The learned counsel for the respondent husband fairly submitted that the request of the applicant can be allowed subject to expeditious hearing at Jalna. In view of the same, following order is passed:

O R D E R

i.The application is hereby allowed.

ii. The marriage petition-A No. 465 of 2022 is hereby transferred to Family Court Jalna from the Family Court, Aurangabad for its disposal according to law. iii.

The respondent husband is directed to appear before the Family Court Jalna on or before 1st March, 2023. iv. The Family Court, Jalna is directed to dispose of the aforesaid petition as early as possible.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
