The petition is filed seeking directions to decide the review application.

Mr. Choudhari, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 2 submits that, the review application of the petitioner is rejected. It was not within stipulated period, nor in proper format. The application did not accompany necessary documents.

As the review application itself is rejected, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the Tribunal. The petitioner may avail the said remedy as may be permissible in law. In that event all contentions are kept open. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
