This contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 12/7/2022, passed in Writ Petition No.3085/2024, by which the respondents No.3, 4 and 5 were directed to decide the petitioner's claim within stipulated time.

It is submitted by learned A.G.P. that, the concerned Committee has decided the petitioner's caste claim. Affidavit in that regard has been filed on record. The same is taken on record. Since the unconditional apology is tendered for delay in complying the order of this Court, we accept the unconditional apology and since the order is complied with, we dispose of the contempt petition.
