The learned counsel for respondent nos. 5 and 6 submits that the approval granted to the appointment of the petitioners has been cancelled by the Education Officer under order dated 30.06.2016. It is received by the management on 17.11.2018.

The learned counsel for respondent nos. 5 and 6 further submits that surplus candidates as

2 wp 12750.18 directed by the Education Officer have already been absorbed. The petitioners will have to challenge the said order.

Mr. Awate, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the same was never communicated to the petitioners and the said order is behind the back of the petitioners.

Be that as it may, the petitioners will have to assail the said order.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seek leave to challenge the said order.

In light of that, liberty to the petitioners to assail the order cancelling their approval and other consequential orders. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to challenge that. All contentions of the petitioners are kept open. No costs.
