This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in the office of this court by the acquiring body. 2.

In similar matters this court has already passed the order permitting the applicants to withdraw 50% of the amount on furnishing usual undertaking and 10% on furnishing solvent

ORDER

a] The application stands partly allowed.

b] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in the office of this court with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking and further 10% of the amount is allowed to be withdrawn alongwith accrued interest on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this court. Remaining amount be kept in a fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till disposal of the appeal to be renewed from time to time.
