Heard Shri Kale, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Shri Surwase, the learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body and Shri Bagul the learned AGP appearing for respondent-State.

All these matters are disposed of by way of settlement in Lok Adalat, the applicants have therefore sought withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. In view of the submissions made, the following order is passed:
ORDER
i) In view of the fact that all these appeals are settled in Lok Adalat, the amount of compensation deposited by the acquiring body in this matters in this Court is permitted to be withdrawn by the respective claimants in terms of the award.
ii) All civil applications stand disposed of.
