At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, leave to amend designation of respondent No. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Headmaster is pending with respondent No. 2 since 2015. The same is not considered.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner (page 19) is pending with respondent No. 2, respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law, preferably within six months from today.
