WITHDRAWAL 1.

This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the acquiring body in the office of this court.

The application is vehemently opposed by the learned advocate Mr. Tambe.

Only 75% of the amount is deposited in the office of this court by the appellant.

However, considering that the amount is very small and is towards compensation of the house property, this court is inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

a] The application stands allowed.

b] The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in the office of this court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking.

c] With this, the application stands disposed off.

(3) APPEAL 1.

Fix the appeals for admission on 24-01-2025.
