After hearing learned counsel for quite some time, the petition underwent certain amendments pursuant to leave granted by this court on 03-04-2019. It surfaces that there are certain proposals submitted by petitioner; one bearing no. 159 of 2012 which is pending since then and the other is for grant of heritage T.D.R., which is stated to be recommended to be forwarded to heritage committee and has been pending for over three years undecided.

In the circumstances, it appears to be expedient to direct the authorities concerned to decide on petitioner's proposal no. 159 of 2012 and proposal for heritage T.D.R. 3.

As such, concerned authorities of municipal corporation to take a decision on petitioner's proposal no. 159 of 2012 preferably within a period of four (4) months from today as well as they shall forward proposal of petitioner for heritage T.D.R. as early as possible to the heritage committee preferably within a period of four (4) weeks from today and the committee shall

3 WP - 11038-2014 decide on the same preferably within a further period of four (4) months and shall communicate decisions thereon to the petitioner immediately.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to refer to that all the points are open for the parties.
