This is second application for withdrawal of amount in deposit. The applicant has already been permitted to withdraw 50% amount in deposit. The applicant is senior citizen in need of money. 3.

In the fitness of things, the applicant is permitted to withdraw only 25% of the amount under the impugned award, excluding interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
