Heard. The applicant has challenged the order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting the application filed by him praying that he be discharged from the prosecution for the offences punishable under sections 457, 394, 302 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the considerations by the Sessions Court recorded in paragraph No.4 of the impugned order and the fact that recording of the evidence in the sessions trial has started, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 03.
