Delay of 15 days is caused in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration of the writ petition, which was dismissed on 24.09.2018 for non removal of office objections. The learned Advocate for the Respondents opposes this application. In the alternative, he submits that costs may be imposed on the Petitioner and the said amount be donated for the treatment of poor patients. In addition, he submits that steps are not taken to serve Respondent No.4 in the writ petition.

Considering the above and for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 15 days is condoned subject to

*2* 985ca13165o18 the Applicant/ Petitioner paying an amount of Rs.101/- (Rupees One Hundred One) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" and producing a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court on or before 02.11.2018. All office objections shall be removed in the writ petition and steps shall be taken to serve Respondent No.4, on or before 24.11.2018. Needless to state, if either of the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and this Civil Application shall stand rejected without reference to the Court on 24.11.2018. kps (RAVINDRA V.
