This is an application of respondent (original defendant) tenant making two fold request i.e. for bringing the legal representatives of respondent (Landlord) on record and seeking permission to deposit rent amount in this Court. 2.

It was informed that on 16.04.2021 the sole respondent (Appellant Landlord) died, however his legal representatives are not brought on record.

The appellant's learned counsel undertakes to make

The applicant (respondent/tenant) is permitted to deposit rent amount in this Court till further orders, without prejudice to the rights of the other side.
