The petitioners have been issued with the tribe certificate of "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe. Bu the spelling of "Mannervarlu" is wrongly spelt in the tribe certificates. The petitioners have applied to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer for issuing corrected tribe certificates.

The petitioners shall file on-line applications. The petitioners shall submit the original tribe certificates with incorrect spelling to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer. The concerned Sub Divisional officer after verifying its record of issuance of the certificates shall issue the corrected tribe certificates to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of production of incorrect tribe certificates.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
