At the outset learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to delete respondent No.2. Leave is granted as prayed for.

In this petition a challenge is raised to an order dated 21-03-2022 passed below Exh.15 in Criminal Revision Application No. 17/2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad thereby rejecting the application of the petitioner who wants to address the court physically as a party-
(2) criwp1573.22 in-person instead of through video conferencing. The learned Sessions Judge observed that the petitioner can always address the court via video conferencing and no prejudice would be caused to the petitioner. This court finds that by this order no prejudice is caused to the petitioner calling for interference at the hands of this court. It is reported that this petitioner is facing various other proceedings where he is accused and he is making various types of allegations against the Presiding Officer and making various prayers. It is one such application, this court finds that the petitioner can very well address the court through video conferencing and for that purpose physical presence is not necessary.

In view of the same, this petition is disposed off. 4.
