Heard the learned counsel for Insurance Company in applications for stay. Seen the reasoning given by the Tribunal. This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to condition of depositing entire amount of compensation by the appellant within four weeks from today. In those terms the stay applications are allowed and disposed of. If the amount is not deposited within stipulated period, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution of judgment and award. 2.
