Heard learned counsel for both sides.

These are the applications by the original claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent opposed the application on the ground that sale deed produced on record is of small piece of adjacent land.

I have gone through the judgment and award.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 per cent amount of compensation without any condition. Further 25 per cent of amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants on furnishing solvent security to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court. Rest of 25 per cent amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank, initially for a period of three years, and be renewed from time to time as per orders of this Court.
