Delay of 1565 days appears to be caused due to poor fnancial condition of the applicants. The AGP for respondent No.1 strongly opposed the application, whereas the contesting respondent No.2Acquiring Body though served, remained absent. 2.

As such, for the reasons stated in the application and considering statutory right of the applicants, the delay of 1565 days caused in fling frst appeal, is condoned subject to condition that applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay. Accordingly application stands disposed of.
